THE NEW COLLECTION FROM RIVERRUN …

… is to be called PHAETON, but no cover is available as yet.  So, in order not to leave too long between postings, here is the pre- jubilee opera publicity for THE DRUMMER BOY OF WATERLOO.  This is probably not the final logo, nor the final PR blurb, but it does give an announcement of the dates of the premiere in Aldeburgh by Jubilee Opera.

And we have had a message saying that the OTTER pantomime is also going to be on in November for a few performances in aid of a charity.

My current work is, on the whole, the completion of a collection of brass tracks – originals and arrangements – for recording in the spring.  It’s very good to be working on them, but my mind is also turning to the orchestration of DRUMMER BOY, now that the forces have been agreed and a performance date set.
