I HAVE STARTED TO PLAN …

… my next set of library pieces, due to be recorded at the end of the year.  I have a sound world in mind – not fully formed as yet, but coming.  Also working on the garden, trying take more exercise and generally catching up with the arrival of summer.

I shall be in studio three days this week.  On Monday we are making the final adjustments to the brass tracks for production use.   And on Thursday and Friday I shall be at Riverrun to start on the next CHRONOMETER set.  The score of the first piece is written and sound-design magic will now need to be applied; we also need to think album themes and titles.  I hope and confidently expect John to come up with a third excellent cover image to match these two so far (no apologies for repeat showing).

By the way, Karen and I saw BEAUTIFUL on Friday: what a great show.
